We offer Daily Money and Case Managers to handle all your financial and other home-based needs.

DAILY MONEY MANAGEMENT

Obtain contact and account information for checking accounts and bills.

Create and/or review monthly operating budget.

Physical and digital transfer of records.

Establish/ Access Online Accounts/Profiles as indicated by signature on our agreement contract.

Create and utilize a client-specific Gmail address for correspondence and electronic statements.

Create account ID /Password reference sheet for online accounts/profiles.

Review bills for accuracy and resolve issues.

Write checks (using online bill pay) or coordinate paper checks with client.

Reconcile account(s).

Maintain client requested files.

Provide referrals as needed (i.e., legal, financial advising, etc).

Perform inquiries when issues and questions arise.

Monthly Reporting: Produce and deliver monthly statements of financial activity, as requested.

Set up reporting to client as requested related to reports.

Organization of records for tax purposes.

Assist with problem solving situations requested by client.

Perform other administrative services as requested by client.

CASE MANAGEMENT

Home organization.

Scheduling of appointments and attending appointments with client’s approval. This allows for notes to be taken and questions asked if needed to be reported back to POA or family.

Transportation of client to appointments and return client to home.

Personal errands such as bank, grocery stores, dry cleaners, post office, etc.

Personal project planning and execution. (For service providers such as home maintenance, repairs, etc.) Obtain service quotes, scheduling and overseeing until completion.

Pill box organization for over the counter and prescription medications.
