Allstar Care Solutions provides professional and trustworthy help for seniors overwhelmed by paperwork: mail, bills, insurance and Medicare statements, medical and tax records and junk mail disguised as legitimate correspondence.
Allstar Care efficiently organizes the paperwork, identifies what needs to be addressed and takes care of it. We answer questions and resolve issues in a way that leaves the client feeling comfortable and secure with the way their affairs are handled.
Banking and Bill Paying
Allstar Care brings clarity and order to daily management of personal bills, budgets and record keeping. We assist with activities such as bill paying, day-to-day banking, account reconciliation and applying for benefits and services.
Health Insurance and Health Management
Health management today requires us to stay on top of things like Medicare, supplemental insurance, billing statements, medical records, prescriptions, appointments, deductibles, medical tax records to name a few. Allstar Care can eliminate the stress and confusion that often comes with these tasks and offer increased peace of mind.
Calling the Help Desk

Calling a help desk can be very frustrating and time consuming – whether it is navigating the calling options, understanding the desk agent, or even reaching a human being! Allstar Care acts as a liaison between our client and third parties. We assess the problem, and if a call, letter or email is required, we track down the right person to assist, and follow through to resolution.
Personal Affairs
Vital records and legal documents build up over a lifetime of significant events and transactions. Allstar Care works with clients to identify the records that are pertinent to their needs today and in the future. Then we put them into an organized, easy to reference portfolio so that they can find exactly what they need when they need it.
Snow Birds and Frequent Flyers
Seniors who travel frequently or are away from home for extended periods of time benefit from getting their administrative activities computerized. Allstar Care can make most, if not all of it paperless. For those who don’t travel with a laptop or prefer to leave the bill paying and record keeping behind, Allstar Care takes on the ongoing management as well.

CASE MANAGEMENT
Home organization.
Scheduling of appointments and attending appointments with client’s approval. This allows for notes to be taken and questions asked if needed to be reported back to family or POA.
Transportation of client to appointments and return client to home.
Personal errands such as bank, grocery stores, dry cleaners, post office, etc.
Personal project planning and execution. (For service providers such as home maintenance, repairs, etc.) Obtain service quotes, scheduling and overseeing until completion.
Pill box organization for over the counter and prescription medications.
