We provide guidance, education and direct assistance with personal affairs.

  • Utilize your bank’s online bill pay where available to minimize writing paper checks.
  • Review bills for duplicate statements, accuracy and exploitative information.

Health Records

  • Update health history and emergency medical information.
  • Setup and populate online Health care Record System with appropriate access as directed by you and your family.
  • Establish and manage online accounts with physicians, hospitals, labs and pharmacy providers.

Health Insurance

  • Review health insurance and Medicare claims.
  • Report or appeal claims processed in error.
  • Resolve questions regarding health care bills and insurance statements.
  • Act as intermediary between insurance companies and health care providers on your behalf.

Legal/Estate

  • Organize and catalog important records such as birth, marriage and death certificates, military discharge papers, social security cards, insurance policies, powers of attorney, wills and trusts, and funeral arrangements.
  • With the exclusion of work that requires an attorney, we make inquiries, resolve issues and communicate with third parties on your behalf.

Executor Support

  • Prove support to Executors.
  • Set up Executor Checklist with a file folder of pertinent documents.
  • Assist with probate tasks as required by a probate court.
  • Notify organizations, agencies and creditors.
  • Close accounts, pay off debts and cancel subscriptions.
